Taylor was great. Some issues came up during the sale and after and Lee reached out to me and resolved the problems. He did not have to do this as the sale was completed but he wanted to make it right and make sure I was happy with the experience at their dealership. So thank you Lee and when we are looking for another vehicle, even though we’re 3 + hours away from your dealership, will definitely give you guys a chance for the sale.

I've purchased 4 vehicles from Bonham Chrysler. They are a low pressure type of dealership. Everyone from my salesman (Todd Welch), management and even finance do what they need to sell yoy a car. They are upfront about anything you ask and don't push to sell extras. Purchased a 2024 Ram 2500 CPO with 12k miles for the lowest price I found on the internet. There was no special restrictions or location requirements for price and they sold the truck for the listed price with no add ons. I will buy a 5th vehicle.

They can't respond back on tags, the 2nd temp tag expires in 9 days. The sold us I car they don't have or are unable to get a title for. This dealership is awful! I will never bring my vehicle back there and will never recommend it. The general manager Boyd is rude and refused to to responsibility for replacing a damaged window on my vehicle. After giving me the runaround for 2 weeks, he tried to find a cheap way to fix it but made it worse. When I told him I would call their Chrysler Dodge he stated he didn’t care. This has been the worse experience of buying a vehicle I’ve ever had.

I had a good experience at this dealership. Ethan Garcia was my salesman and he did an outstanding job. No high pressure and got a decent amount for my trade. Emailed the General Manager George Haitt with a concern after the deal was closed and he responded promptly. Overall I would recommend this dealership but make sure to ask for Ethan. As with any dealership watch your numbers especially in Finance Office.
